Quite a number of residents reported having problems with their internet connections during much of Feb 2016 – regardless of which provider they’re with. Problems range from frequent disconnects to absolutely appalling connection speeds.
The problem stems from some work that the wholesale provider (Telstra) was doing around the Steels Creek and Dixon’s Creek exchanges. The works were scheduled to be completed by 1st March 2016 (later updated to 3rd march and then again to the 5th March).
