Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We may, or may not have these records available for you.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and investigated, we will send you an email (or other electronic message) to notify you that we have received your refund request and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, the original method of payment, or cash within 10 days.

Donations and Gifts

No refunds are possible for donations to the centre or gifts.
