The Steels Creek Book Club meets every fourth Tuesday, from 7.30pm at the Community Centre.
The club is limited to 10 members, due to library resources, and currently has one vacancy. In the event that the group is at full capacity, your name can be put on a waiting list for when any vacancy becomes available. There is a minimal annual cost to members.

The Book Club has been operating for the last 25 years, and one of its original members, Barbara Franklin, is still involved – testament to the value of sharing a passion for books with fellow readers in a convivial environment. Participants can always look forward to lively discussions.
The books are allocated by the Eastern Regional Library, without input from members, so it’s always good fun to find out what’s in store each month. Sometimes the books are inspiring; other times not so much. But one thing all members agree on is that they appreciate the opportunity to read books they might not normally select for themselves, which can be a real eye-opener.
