Personal Helpers and Mentors Program (PHaMs)
Managed by EACH, this program is available to eligible people aged 16 and over.
If you are experiencing depression, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, isolation or other mental health issue, a personal helper/mentor may be able to help you get back on track, get connected, cope with everyday tasks, access community services and achieve goals to improve your life.

If their books are full, you may go on a waiting list, or ask for details of the Maroondah and Knox PHaMs providers who also service this area.
Paying Attention to Self (PATS)
Managed by Yarra Ranges Council Youth Services in partnership with Uniting Care Community Options. This is a no-cost peer support group for young people aged 12 – 18 who have a parent with mental illness.
Traction
Traction is managed by Yarra Ranges Council Youth Services. This is a free peer support group for young adults aged 16 - 25 who have experienced issues with mental health.
