This notice is to advise of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of Steels Creek Community Centre Inc.
The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: 20th September
Time: 7:30pm
Place: Steels Creek Community Centre, 699 Steels Creek Road, Steels Creek
Attached (via the following links) are:

- the 2016-2017 Balance Sheet and 2016-2017 Profit and Loss statements
- the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- the 2015-2016 Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements for the last annual general meeting.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about SCCC Inc’s operations and finances
- ask questions about the operations and finances of SCCC Inc
- speak about any items on the agenda
- vote on any resolutions proposed.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- accept the annual report
- accept the annual financial statements
- elect committee members.
