Community Centre Housekeeping
For everyone who uses the community centre, there is now a standard set-up for how the community centre should be left after use. It addresses mainly the positions of the chairs and tables. Users are welcome to move the chairs and tables to suit their particular activity, however we ask that everything is put back to the standard set-up. Above the sink are two pictures of what the layout looks like. There is also a cleaning schedule that shows who is responsible for what. For our regular session users, the following list should be noted by Group Facilitators and Participants.
- All rubbish placed in bins provided. (Currently, are no council collected bins at the centre, please take rubbish home with you)
- Sweep and wipe area of use
- Clean and dry dishes and return to cupboards
- Report any OHS matters to committee via sign in book
- Reset the room for next users.
